Nancy Lee is Senior Vice President of Commercial Marketing and Integrated Planning for Disney’s portfolio of TV networks (ABC, ESPN, Disney Channel, National Geographic, FX, Freeform). She leads networks brand marketing, synergy, branded content, marketing operations, the Disney Movie Insiders CRM platform, as well as integrated planning for the Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution segment.

From 2016 through 2021, Ms. Lee served as Chief of Staff to Disney’s former CEO and Chairman, Robert A. Iger.

In her previous role, Ms. Lee was a Director in the Corporate Strategy and Business Development Group. She managed M&A transactions, including the acquisition of Lucasfilm, and key strategy initiatives on a global basis.

Prior to joining Disney in 2011, Ms. Lee was an Associate in the Technology, Media and Telecom investment banking group at Goldman Sachs & Co.

Ms. Lee started her career as a Corporate Attorney in Boston working at several law firms, including Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP, Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster P.C., and Hale and Dorr LLP.

Ms. Lee serves on the board of directors for National Geographic Partners. She also sits on the board of APIA Scholars, the nation’s largest non-profit organization devoted to providing greater access to higher education for Asians and Pacific Islanders.

She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA from the University of Chicago.
