Being an advocate and empowering others came at an early age for Nancy. She understands the systemic struggles and cultural nuances that may stifle growth and development. Early on she understood that she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. Especially young minority women like her. Early on she saw the struggle her mother endured and understood that she was going make a difference and empower women lives. She mentors, sponsors, and advocates for women empowerment. Nancy’s vision is creating wealth opportunities thru homeownership and to establish a deep-rooted foundation toward mentoring more women leaders in the real estate, finance, and development sector. “Women belong in all places where decisions are being made.
