Rev. Ken Walden

Rev. Dr. Ken Walden is the Senior Pastor of Holman United Methodist Church located in Los Angeles, California. He is an ordained clergy-member of the California-Pacific Conference of The United Methodist Church. He has earned degrees from The Citadel (BS), Duke Divinity School (M.Div.), and Claremont School of Theology (MA & PhD). He is currently a Chaplain Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve. He is a recipient of a Meritorious Service Medal from the United States Air Force. President of Gammon Theological Seminary at the Interdenominational Theological Center located in Atlanta, Georgia from 2018 - 2020. His latest book is “Practical Theology for Church Diversity: A Guide for Clergy and Congregations” (2015).He has extensive experiences within the military, academic community, and congregations. Dr. Walden and his wife Michelle were married in 2001.
