Ferguson

Jos Ferguson is an experienced Affordable Housing Asset Manager, with more than 20 years in the real estate industry, focused on a being positive game changer in how affordable housing is designed, funded, viewed and managed. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Drexel University and Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Western. Since writing his master’s thesis on a new way to fund affordable housing that would connect community members, specifically those in a church body, Jos has been focused on bringing forward new ways to shine Christ’s love through affordable housing. It is his hope and dream that through his actions, all 5 of his children will understand that life is not lived by what we get, but rather what we give using the gifts God has given us.
